Many people that are looking for riverfront property as a vacation or second home have a picture already in their head of their dream property. Of course the term ‘rustic’ means different things to different people, and speaking from experience, I have found that most people want a rustic ‘look’ but modern amenities. (The one for $1,200,000 is not on the MLS -which is often the case with a number of high-end ‘special’ properties – and its availability shared only with serious and qualified buyers, but I’ll give you a little taste.)
